- Lighting Concepts + Lighting needs analysis:
To provide flexibility in lighting the space, as well as to ensure visual lightness and non-congestion, it is proposed to use tracking lighting. It will allow not only not to clutter up the space with hanging chandeliers, but also to increase or decrease the illumination of the space in accordance with the changing needs of the client. Also, the use of table and floor lamps for reading and individual needs.
- With the help of directional spots, we can provide ambient lighting for the premises, as well as use directional spots as accent lighting for paintings and as task lighting for kitchen work areas.
- For ease of use of diverse lighting and customization for the needs of the family, as well as for effective energy saving, it is proposed to use the HomeWorks lighting control system, Photoelectric Sensors, Caséta Wireless dimmers, switches, and fan controls from LUTRON.
- LED light with a color temperature rating of 2700K - 3300K and Color Rendering Index 70-95+
